Request within 7 days: The refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of service delivery or purchase.
Service not completed: The service for which a refund is sought must not have been completed or delivered in full.
No breach of terms: There must be no breach of the Terms and Conditions by the user.

Exceptions:
Custom projects: Refunds for custom projects may not be granted if the project has been substantially completed or if the user has approved the final product.
Non-refundable services: Certain services, such as expedited services or rush orders, may be non-refundable.
